Moving Each Other Forward

I'm so grateful these days for the positive responses from inviduals who have agreed to provide a book blurb for "Bring Your Spirit to Work: One Woman at a Time". Some of these folks are individuals I've had the privilege of working with in a leadership workshop.  They know me and know my message. There are others however whom I've never met but I've read their work and know we share a connection regarding authenticity, listening, and encouraging the best in others.  In spite of busy work, family, and community schedules, these individuals have agreed to take time to support moving my dream forward. We understand that when one of us progresses then all of us succeeds. One of most valuable things we can do for each other is to promote our big dreams and achievements.  In consulting we sometimes call this "helping the idea over the wall". This implies that we're focued on understanding what we can do for each other and do it! So...my reflection questions this week are: 1) How does your organization foster collaboration? 2) Have you done anything recently to promote your colleague in the eyes of others? 3) What do you have to do to pitch in and get the idea over the wall? 4) What have you done to encourage someone you know to achieve their big dream?
