For over 25 years, I've brought leadership praxis into organizations. I received an excellent liberal arts education at Caldwell College for Women and William Paterson University. I obtained my Masters Degree in English at William Paterson University while I provided teaching assistance to students with English as a second language. I had the opportunity to teach English and obtain my tenure in the U.S. public school system. My doctorate is from The Union Institute and University in Business Administration, with a focus on Leadership Spirituality and Business Transformation.
I have been a consultant, business developer, and speaker since 1985, and have worked primarily in business and service organizations. My roles range from business development with global systems management and technology firms to launching new products and teams within consulting services organizations. I've worked with organizations and teams to design new processes while having the opportunity to travel extensively in the US, Europe, and Asia. I've developed proficiencies in group processes and conflict motivation, corporate social responsibility strategies, leadership values and stewardship, creativity, building community, and spirituality and transformational leadership.
