Workshop Title: Building Meaningful Products and Services

Appreciative Inquiry is a 4-step process that allows organizations to implement transformative changes by building on what has worked in the past. Participants explore the following questions:
- If we leave behind controlling directives and dictated results, how do we retain our focus?
- What are the small changes that can bring large effects?
- What can I do to create the container for collaboration and dialogue?
- How do I empower this process in my organization?
Workshop Approach
The definition of meaningful design and service is explored through dialogue, personal inquiry, and personal reflection. Processes such as Appreciative Inquiry are presented in experiential, interactive workgroups. Participants bring current challenges and topics to develop action plans.
