An organization's operational processes, rewards, leadership vision, common goals, and culture all contribute to fostering perpetual creativity and innovation.
There is strong evidence that leadership that fosters care, trust, and personal networks among employees is one of the most important conditions for spreading creative knowledge within an organization.
Workshop Benefits This workshop explores inner and outer motivations that foster creativity and intuition. Learners must be ready to explore the barriers to creativity within the group while understanding what changes they need to make to themselves to accept creativity and innovation. This is a highly experiential workshop that includes personal reflection and group dialogue.
Participants explore the following questions:
- What are my expectations of the group and myself?
- What resources do I require to be able to change, learn and achieve my and the organization's expectations?
- What is the language and process of creativity?
- How do diverse groups of individuals come together to experience creativity?
Workshop Approach Highly experiential, this workshop includes experiences in places of beauty, creativity, and works of creative art. Learners are provided with examples and experiences of flow, creativity, and intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Locations where there are several opportunities to explore examples of works of art within a close geographical proximity, as well as several examples of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, will enhance learning regarding motivation theories and creativity.
