There are many styles of leadership, most of which are command and control. However, the style that makes the most lasting impact is the one in which a leader listens.

Workshop Benefits
This workshop assists leadership and team members to learn about models and techniques for practicing relational leadership. Individuals in organizations have the opportunity to affect change with each other, on a one-to-one basis and in small teams. This workshop helps learners to adopt the principles of relational leadership. Topics explored include:

  • How do leaders help individuals achieve their potential?
  • How do leaders enhance the organization as a meaningful place?
  • What are the characteristics of relational leadership?

Workshop Approach

"Servant leadership begins with the initiative of the individual…the individual becomes a natural leader as the leader's followers choose to follow that leader."
~Robert K. Greenleaf, on the concept of servant leadership.

Relational leadership is explored through dialogue, personal inquiry, and reflection.
Servant leadership is the framework used for each learner to develop his or her relational leadership plan. Leadership surveys are analyzed and discussed to learn how other business leaders approach relational leadership.
