The
Center for Leadership Praxis provides support through workshops,
on-site mentoring, and on-line coaching. We become better leaders
through research, experience, dialogue, and reflection.
We prefer to work with you in a workshop environment because this allows us to create an experiential learning experience. A workshop setting has many benefits including:
- Setting the context for relational leadership
- Exploring the concepts of whole person leadership
- Experiencing processes, dialogue, and initial personal action plans.
Prior to the workshop, we conduct an initial consultation to agree upon expectations and desired outcomes. After the workshops, the Center for Leadership Praxis provides 2 days of follow up contact time via email and phone consultations to the workshop attendees. This support is included in the workshop fees.
The sustainability of new competencies and behaviors occurs when the individual has had time to reflect upon their experiences and processes. The Center for Leadership Praxis is available to work on-site with leaders in an organization to reflect upon and practice integrating specific processes into their leadership behavior.
Dialogue and reflection are ways in which we learn together. Many entrepreneurs, HR leaders, Chief Strategists, and Chief Learning Officers wish to receive coaching as they develop their leadership competencies. Telephone and email coaching options are available.
