 We are all learners, and we are all teachers. Our workshops and retreats honor the learner and teacher within all of us. Though most of what we do is tailored specifically for public and corporate programs and women’s groups, these principles are always interwoven into the content:
- Learning and knowledge is explored and discerned through a variety of modes
- Experience and practice is blended with theory
- Dialogue, personal reflection, and inquiry are critical processes that enable learner and teacher to pose questions and seek knowledge
- We are each accountable for our learning and sharing of knowledge with the group.
Topics for workshops and retreats are adapted to meet the needs and interests of each learning community. Each program is offered in a variety of lengths and formats. They are convened in boardrooms, hotels, retreat centers, state parks, museums, and living rooms across Ireland and the United States.
The Center for Leadership Praxis creates programs that look at leadership and working together through the lens of spirituality, creativity, meaning, purpose, relationships, community, social justice, intuition, and the whole person. Practicing Whole Person Leadership
Embracing human-oriented whole person leadership supports achieving the potential of the organization’s mission and economic performance. Whole person leadership is defined and the processes for implementing the concept in your organization are explored.

Explore how individuals and groups within the organization who have customer service and product development responsibility can bring meaningful design and purpose to the organization’s products and services.

In order to be a leader, one must have followers. The concept of relational leadership is explored using attributes of servant leadership as the framework for practice.
Enabling Creativity and Intuition
Creativity and intuition are skills that we all possess, but don’t always employ. Learn how the experience and processes of creativity, motivation, joy, and happiness are the results of focused concentration.
